West Lake Aqua Park Killaloe — Attraction in County Clare

A massive thank you to all the staff at Westlake aqua park for the remarkable customer service and professionalism I encountered today.

I arrived today with 16 kids, 15minutes late, un organised. While I sorted out the paper work there was a great play area the kids went in and great fun until I had signed waivers etc.

The onsite shop looked to have a great selection drinks/ ice cream/coffees and hot chocolates.

1 of the kids was too young to go on the waterpark without an adult however the staff exhausted all options and in the end I got togged out and escorted him onto the inflatable water park.

The actual park was amazing. The children had a ball and it was great fun for both younger and older kids. Would highly recommend for family day out/ kids party.

I just want to say, I really appreciate how accommodating and sound everyone was. I know I was a little flustered but you made what could have been a very stressful day pretty pleasant and I am genuinely grateful for such a positive experience. Massive...

Absolutely Fantastic morning at West Lake Aqua Park Killaloe 😎 Brilliant set up, awesome obstacles and just so much fun!!! Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Excellent safety standards and Covid Precautions 👍 Just a couple of tips. Don't think you're too old, or not fit enough, I'm 51, totally unfit and I loved every second of it😂There are no lockers but the staff at the desk will mind your car keys. Wear flip flops or shoes down to the gangway. If the weather is warm you really don't need the wetsuit, none of us did and the water was gorgeous 💦 My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer 😉We will DEFINITELY be back. I’ve been to the Kilrush park and was curious to see how Killaloe would be. My 2 boys and I loved it! Setting is beautiful, staff friendly and the check in was smooth. Water park itself was very good with little distance to go between each section. The only quibble I have is the lack of following through on the rule of no excessive shoving/pushing/messing which the instructor had set out at the start of the session. I ended up having to have a word with a group of 10 teenagers taking it too far with the horseplay and intentionally pushing my 9yr old in, all whilst the lifeguard stood watching.
