To start off we were told our earlier telephone booking for a party of 9 had not been booked. Initially we were offered 1 lane which can accommodate up to 8 people. Eventually were told they had us sorted with 2 lanes together, we were offered options of 1 or 2 games, or 30 or 60 minutes. We chose 60 minutes and were told to come back in 15/20 minutes. Game closed us off after 40 minutes. When I tried to resolve the situation a different person on the desk initially told me we had been on for an hour, I showed a picture of one lane starting their 2nd round which would had to have been 40 mins into the game so was not possible. It quickly degenerated beyond anything I’ve encountered when I was told their system couldn’t tell him how long we had booked for, he couldn’t work it out from what we told him we paid, none of the guys we booked with were about so he had no means of believing what we told him. As far as he was aware we may only have booked for 30 minutes !! When I asked how we were going to resolve it, he took it to a whole new level; told us it was nothing to do with him and we would have to go and find one of the people we booked with and sort it out with them!! Disgraceful, wholly inadequate and unbelievably...

We took part in laser tag, bowling, and spent time in the soft play area – each activity was well-organised, safe, and so much fun. The laser tag arena in particular was a huge hit with everyone in our group, and the bowling lanes were spotless and modern. The soft play area was perfect for the little ones, offering a great space to explore and burn off some energy.

After the activities, we grabbed some food and were really impressed by the delicious menu options and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, freshly made, and offered excellent value for money – something you don’t always find at entertainment centres.
