Was there yesterday we've been a few times before and had an amazing day totally breathtaking sadly due to co-vid there are restrictions so a lot of the animals quarantined which did limit the experience a bit hopefully soon it will get back to normal thankfully they are taking care and hand washing stations are set up outside petting zoo and it is mandatory to wash hands on entering and leaving and do not expect to get into the petting arena without a mask not only to ensure your safety but to the animsls too never write this place off as it is one of the best experiences Toilets No dogs please as animals run loose Animal food available (highly recommended as this adds to the fun) No diner but tea/ coffee available at front cabin Price approx €45 family ticket 2 adults 2 children donations are always welcome too as the proceeds go towards the well being of all the animals Now for the really honest bit : Eagles flying is an experience never to be forgotten you will see everything from a bald eagle to a mouse and the gentleman who does the show is a fantastic host funny informative and passionate about his birds but I personally take note this is my personal opinion Eagles Flying is not really suitable for very young children for a few reasons during the show it is informative and of course the younger children are too young to understand and get bored also the birds are trained but they do have minds of their own and will quite happily land in the middle of the crowd occasionally scaring little ones whom have reacted badly and kicked out or tried to grab the bird this is very much an interactive show and not really for little ones this opinion is based on seeing stressed parents trying to amuse...

Read moreWe visited Eagles Flying last week as a last minute family day out. Honestly it was a great experience from start to finish. The tour guide you could tell loves her job, full of information and knows how to keep kids attention focused as well. The show was fantastic where we got up close looks of different birds of prey and the petting zoo at the end was a great for kids especially when you could hold one of the owls for a picture. It's a lovely area and lots of chickens, pony's and other animals walking around you freely and happy. The ONLY complaint I have and it's actually not towards the staff or park in anyway is directed at parents who bring small children. When the bird show is on your clearly instructed to keep your kids sitting and not to have them running around or playing up as this can startle the birds and make the Handlers job difficult. It's common sense really not to have a toddler running up towards an Eagle or any bird of prey so parents I will say if your going to bring your children then at least have the sense to follow the rules and let everyone enjoy the experience. Thanks for a great show...
