Abbey Blooms Botanical Gardens & Café — Attraction in County Westmeath

Such a lovely space. My daughter loved it here, so peaceful, she loved looking at the flowers and watching the bees, and the fountain. Then when I said we can get an ice cream, the look on her face was pure delight. The staff were so friendly and polite, the ice cream was at a reasonable price, not overpriced like most places like this, and the shelters to sit in and eat it were really cool. Lovely, warm, friendly staff. Amazing garden created as if by magic. Visitors in awe to find such a lovely cafe and garden in small village. Delightful place to bring a friend for coffee. No lunch or meals served just tea and cake. No inside eating but outdoor eating is sheltered and outside heaters to be installed by mid November. Easily accessible for wheelchair users.
