Spectacular stretch of sand, rocks and mini hills that taps deep into your feels. There are many different ways to soak in the mesmerising views that this area graces us with. If you want to gaze away from your car, there's an abundance of space and scenery to take you deeper into your thoughts as you sleep whilst the sun shines into your life. You can also walk and go out on a family day when the tide isn't high. Lots of soft sand for you and your children to play around with. This is a must visit area if you want to get away from the busy city.
Now, you will be met with a big sign warning you not to go past the barriers put in place for you to walk on to the hill. One advice, you have one life, break rules and don't look back. As soon as you reach the horizon, you will be absolutely pleased you were a rebel. The view from here is so breathtaking as you get a 360 panoramic view of the stretch of beach, leading into views of the city from afar. Mind yourself as you get to the top because there have been reports of people falling off the edge because the soil is soft making it unstable.
You can then walk down the opposite side which leads into another area close to the shore with some rocks covered with sea weed on the border. It is a perfect place to go walking with your dog, a partner or by yourself to clear your head.
Once you decide to leave, make sure you say hello to the cows who will be waiting as you drive off to say hello and don't eat...

Silverstrand Beach has immense potential to be a fantastic tourist destination, but these maintenance shortcomings can detract from its appeal. I hope that the local authorities or management take note of these concerns and take steps to improve the facilities. With some attention to these issues, this beautiful spot could truly shine and offer an even better experience...
