I was initially going to give this place less stars, with a somewhat unremarkable looking beach with no surrounding views, but after staying the night here,I think it’s amazing!

DOG FRIENDLY 🙏🙏 🐶

There is a free carpark, with no height restrictions, so can park a large vehicle overnight. You can face directly to the ocean so waking up with a lovely view out the window. *please note…the carpark is also a meeting place for youngsters at night, so you may need earplugs, however they are all really friendly and not the scary type, if that type of thing worries you.

Some rubbish in the carpark which was left by people in cars during the day, but this was cleaned up by a lovely gentleman in the morning, just doing it out of the goodness of his heart. Lovely, friendly local man. *PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME AND HELP THEM KEEP THIS PLACE TIDY 🙏🙏🙏

Woke up the next morning and made breakfast. Everyone who past was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable there, unlike many places we’ve stopped for the night.

Nice place for a swim, with various crops of sand and coves and along the beach, with no waves or dodgy currents.

Also a lovely little cliff walk which starts at the carpark. Initially the walk looks pretty standard, with a view of a working quarry and not much to see, but once you pass that, there are some lovely views of the coast and local countryside, with a couple of places to stop along the way to bathe or...

Lovely little beach but not a huge amount of good quality sand. When I visited the beach was almost deserted apart from a couple of dog walkers. I was watching the tide come in which was rather spectacular with its crashing, foamy waves gradually eating up the beach. It was wonderful to feel escaped from the hustle and bustle of life and be mesmerised by the enveloping waves. It was also great to see lifeguards on duty. The car park is rather small but still...

Went up there on one of the sunniest weekends of 2023. The road there is funny. It's going through the estates. Not as usual. There's two parking spaces. One small one at the front and second bugger one at the back. Beach isn't too dirty but in my opinion waves are pretty dangerous. Rocky enough. You should be extra careful when going into the water as the waves are trying to get you into the sea and rocks under the feet are not...

Піщаний берег. Велике каміння. Але немає жодних зручностей для людей. Голий пляж......
