€10 per person for admission is a steep price for someone to show their private garden to the public. At the beginning, there is an impressive, beautiful, densely overgrown, colorful perennial garden. There is no discernible system; there are no signs or explanations of the plants. As the tour progresses, the planting changes; for example, cacti can be seen and lush bamboo is everywhere. The planting in the beds becomes less dense, but there are more weeds. Our highlight: being accompanied by the house's dog, a Bobtail/Old English Sheepdog. Contrary to the photos, there is neither a café nor a public restroom here. Due to the uneven ground, the garden is neither suitable for the elderly nor for children. There is little seating and no play area. The garden is unsuitable for people with disabilities, strollers, or wheelchairs. Our conclusion: only for absolute garden lovers and...
