Beautiful experience to look at the beautiful waterfall and flowers all around the garden. I brought my baby in baby carrier as it would be tricky to push the buggy around as there was a steep cement slope and narrow paths. It wasn’t busy when I was there and the gardener was lovely and informative. Twas peaceful there too. The toilets were clean, there is no baby changing unfortunately. They had a shop there aswell, to buy the day visit it’s €7 adults and kids under 5 is free and over 5 is €2. Visited this stunning garden a few times over the years located in Castletown Co. Laois, approx 15 minutes drive from Portlaoise. This garden has a wide variety of specimen plants, sculptures, fountains, ponds and garden beds on site, lots of pathways, steps and has a very authentic feel about it, a nice place to visit and on your first visit you'll see why it is an award winning garden.
