The food is good, the place is nice and beautiful we had a good time, but the service OMG, we ordered a lasagna and she asked if we wanted chips I said no because we got 2 carbonara as well so it would be too much food, when the girl that plated the food handed me the plate I realized she put fries on it, I said I haven't paid for the fries and she said "No worries it comes with it", so I took my plate and went outside to enjoy my meal and this waitress (she looked Asian, and she could be the most rude person I've ever met) came to me and said "do you want to come back and pay for those fries" like if I were trying to steal fries, come on now. You need to train your staff because that's not the way you should speak to the people that spend money on your restaurant and come here to visit and chill, what was meant to be a nice dinner turned into a bad time thanks to her, I know maybe it was a misunderstanding between the kitchen and the waitress but that's not my fault, and the way she spoke was...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Peaceful Hidden Gem in Kildare!

The Japanese Gardens at the Irish National Stud are absolutely breathtaking — a perfect blend of nature, artistry, and serenity. From the moment you step through the entrance, you’re transported into a beautifully designed landscape full of winding paths, stone bridges, water features, and symbolic planting. The journey through the gardens is designed to represent the “Life of Man,” and it’s both peaceful and thought-provoking.

Everything is so well-maintained, and there’s always something new to notice, whether it’s the koi fish, the vibrant flowers, or the gentle sounds of water flowing. It’s a lovely spot for a reflective solo stroll, a romantic walk, or a family outing.

Don’t miss pairing your visit with the National Stud nearby — it makes for a perfect day out. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or even planning a short trip from Dublin. A true hidden gem that captures the spirit of Japanese garden design right...

🌸 A Magical Place Full of Harmony, Nature, and Beauty 🌸

The Japanese Gardens are a true hidden gem – a place where nature, philosophy, and serenity blend together perfectly. Walking along the peaceful paths, surrounded by beautifully trimmed trees, whispering bamboo, and charming little bridges, feels like stepping into another world. Every detail here has meaning, telling the symbolic story of human life and spiritual journey.

But there's even more to discover! Just beside the gardens, there’s a stunning park that invites you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of nature. And the most delightful surprise – especially for animal lovers – are the magnificent horses that roam the grounds nearby. Their grace and calm presence make the whole experience even more enchanting.

This is the perfect spot for peaceful reflection, a romantic stroll, or a lovely family day out. I left feeling inspired, relaxed, and deeply connected to nature. I’ll definitely be...
