A good place for walking and relaxing from the bustle of the city. There are three routes - red, blue and green. There are very few pointers that could be fixed. Sufficiently wet paths after rains. Overall, the place is nice and calm. Better to go early - fewer people. It is quite crowded after 14:00. Many people with animals - with dogs, which, according to the rules, must be on a leash. We walked with our cat, and in general we, and the cat too, liked everything.

Nice paths meandering through a dense forest.

The walk was lovely, the cafe area is beautiful, we didn't have anything but it was nice and had lots of seats and a nice bathroom. The walk walk had lots of pathways however, I didn't think it was sign posted very well. We wanted to take the green route, which is 3.5km but after the first 2 signs we didn't find anymore so just went out own way but very enjoyable, well kept and not too strenuous at all and lots of parking.

Moore Abbey woods are a fantastic place to walk. There are 3 routes of differing lengths, suitable for all. The routes ate well marked. The longest walk takes less than an hour. The parking area has been improved to allow many more cars. Parking is never a problem. There are picnic benches at the car park too, and a few places to sit along the way. These woods are famed for masses is bluebells in the spring, a site not to be missed. There are some poems on signs dotted around the walks. When you see one called Trees, walk to the edge of the forest for a great view of Moore Abbey house and over...
