Fantastic walk with the children. Approximately 3.5km long. Not a lot of parking available though. Picnic tables, 50 meters in from the parking area. The walk is fairly level but before you come back on the loop you have an uphill section, fortunately a bench at the bottom and the top. On the way back, the kids get to decide which off the main track path we head off on. They love it. This is where our children saw their first red squirrel and heard a woodpecker!! Place is noticeably free of litter and dog poo everytime we go, thank goodness.

We went here this morning for first time. Met a friend and brought our dog with us and walked around. Dogs to be kept on leashes. We had a lovely sunny morning for it and there were loads of trails and walkways to explore and enjoy with picnic tables along the scenic routes. There are even biking trails. Well worth the short drive.

Nice short walk. No car park but room for off road parking at entrance for five cars. Picnic benches near the entrance and a few benches along the walk. Wouldn't recommend buggy unless it was an all terrain one. Great walk for baby carrier.

Beautiful escape from traffic. Main path is mostly flat (aside from the far end of the loop) and partly paved. Picnic tables near start of path are easily accessible and yet far enough away from the road to feel surrounded by forest. Path can get wet and muddy in sections, especially the trails leading away from...
