The Playbarn Johnstown — Attraction in The Municipal District of Naas

Firstly the lowest i could give was one star but your company DOES NOT deserve it and secondly as a company you should be ashamed of yourselves. My family were in your so called establishment for a birthday party and there was POO on your slide. When my mam approached the manager to speak to her and show her my brother and sisters clothes your so called manager LAUGHED at them. My bothers shirt (shoulder part) nd socks and my sisters socks were covered in poo but yet she continued to laugh into my mams face and ALLOWED ENTERY to other customers. Your company is an absolute disgrace and YOU are clearly not meeting health & safety regulations. When my mam continued to speak to her and told her my bother has a condition called ASD she LAUGHED, said how does she know it wasn't him (poo was on shoulder part of shirt!!) and told us she was ringing the guards... The main concern that your manager should of had was my brother nd sister nd the rest of the customers there at the time BUT NO SHE DID NOT CARE... I'm glad your employees have such high public relations and are aware of HEALTH &...

Rudest staff I have ever met! Went for a party, my child was told by the staff that she cant play because we dont have socks....4 years old!! After I calmed her down and got her socks, we then sat near the play area with the group. 10 minutes later the same one comes over...."You dont sit there, sit somewhere else!".....this was to the whole group!!! Then ordered coffee....shockingly bad manners again with a different person this time. Final straw....one of the group ordered food for his pregnant wife...."I'm not getting you food, too many kids want food".....WORST PLACE EVER!!! Go to Jungles Den or Fun Factory or a field or a skip...

Very grim place. My son needed to pee and unfortunately as he was climbing down for the soft play area he peed himself. I went straight to the reception to get some cleaning stuff so I could clean up after him. I was told there is no policy for cleaning accidents and as it was in the soft play area no adults (staff or otherwise) are allowed in to clean it. I said I wasn't leaving it there so they handed me tissue to clean it, I had to ask for a cleaning spray and they handed me something from the food counter. This was 10.30am and I'd assume would be busy for the day. Disgraceful that there is no process for this and they expect kids to run...
