We went here for the Halloween event few days ago. My 3 kids had so much fun. All the staffs were helpful except for the one who's minding the bouncy castle. My eldest is autistic, limited speech, so I never left his side. I noticed that the floor is wet, and its a shoes-off are, so I took off his socks as well. He was enjoying the tallest blue bouncy castle at the far end. He was not disruptive, waits for his turn, but I have to repeatedly prompt him to quickly get out as soon as he slides down for everyone’s safety. My son felt chilly after a while so he asked me to put back on his socks. Since theres nowhere to sit on, and the floor is wet, i have him sat by the edge of the slide that aren’t being use much (theres 2 slides on that bouncy and the kids are using the wider one). It only took me few seconds to put on his socks. She came to me instructed me not to sit him there in a very irritated tone which i politely said that im sorry i just put on his sock and she said yeah but thats not a place to sit. I just hold off my tongue since i know im in a wrong. So my son went up again to have a go on the slide. The same staff approached us again told my son to get up as soon as he slides down. Which she obviously seen me already doing but one instruction wont sink in hence im guiding him EVERYTIME. After a couple of rounds she came to us AGAIN telling my son to get up immediately and that this is the second time she said so! I grabbed my son immediately and left that slide and guided him to the other bouncy castle cause I can’t tolerate her attitude anymore. I understand she’s just doing her job but it’s her condescending tone that’s very off putting for someone who works in a child-centred environment. She should honestly be re-trained and be educated more about dealing with neurodivergent kids. Otherwise it was such a perfect day if not...

Again, no big deal but I did not see the point of it, or why it was not sent via email / Dynamic Forms. It would reduce paper and save time. A good few things there to do. All good. I only had 2 issues.
The Crazy golf, it was so disorganized. The girl looking after just sat there and was letting in every person even though there were only 9 short halls. As a result, kids were jumping everywhere, parents not looking after them, and at times, the parents themselves just did not care if someone was already using the course. In my opinion, reduce the amount of people going in, 9 halls = 9 groups of people and parents MUST stay with their children. This way everyone has a good time. This resulted on my 2 kids having to get upset because they could not play as other kids kept kicking their golf balls away and getting on the way of their play.
The Laser, Again, a big mess as parents and kids waiting in the same small area. Everyone on top on each other. No one to control the line as both staff members were inside minding the kids who were playing. Adults on top of kids. My 8 year old started crying because he was overwhelmed from the adults there. My opinion, Have the adults wait outside, have staff there to mind only the kids who are going in. This was kids are with kids and not adults and there is room to breath.
Overall, it was ok. Not sure if it is with the money. especially not for the adults who do nothing but just follow the kids. I would go if I was in the local area. I would not drive from Dublin or more than 20 min away for this place. Unless there are changes...
Read moreOverpriced with cheap halloween decor - not many of those ... I should have known when all over 16 years old had to sign a disclaimer before we went in. Place was filthy with mud everywhere. Pumpkin carving areas where in dark rooms - dangerous. Total rip off.
In response to the owners comment:
Hello, You obviously misjudged where I'm coming from with my review. I'm a 62 year old grandfather and I went with my 6 year old grandson, daughter and my wife. I only review very good experiences or very bad experiences and unfortunately our experience it your 'event' was at the bad end of the scale. As to not suitable for a 6 year old boy, then where was your demographic aimed at. Totally unsafe, letting 4, 5, 6 year old children loose at pumpkin carving implements and no 'adult' supervision from onside staff.... Filthy..site.. Come off it your site wouldn't pass a health and safety inspection in a month of Sundays.. Do not try to pull the wool over my eyes, I'm too long in the game for that. You need to up your game for everyone's...
