I brought a group of friends to Wicklow Way Winery and we all really enjoyed our trip. Brett was really generous with his time, explaining the process in plenty of detail. The wine tastings were generous with excellent food pairings that brought out the best in each wine. The wines themselves are really delicious. Forget your memories of homemade fruit wines- these are sophisticated wines with layers of flavour. They taste clean and crisp, the intense fruit flavours are beautifully balanced with just enough acidity. I would be proud to serve these to my friends and the Strawberry Wine would be a delicious summer aperitif. The trip was a great day out in beautiful Wicklow, and the wines are really worth trying! Ā Ā Ā Read moreWicklow Way Wines offers something truly special ā this is not your typical wine tour. The winemakerās unique approach to fruit wine turns it into a fine wine experience, with distinctive, refined flavours that stand out from anything else Iāve ever tasted. The quality of the products is outstanding, and you can really feel the passion and care that goes into every bottle.
The tour and tasting were equally impressive ā personal, entertaining, and full of humour. It was engaging from start to finish, and I walked away not only having had a lovely time but also learning something new and unexpected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fresh take on wine and a genuinely memorable experience!

No seats, even for a woman on our tour in crutches who was only accommodated halfway through. It was just a bit pathetic to be honest. The wine is sickly sweet - okay, maybe not our taste, but the set up is also wild. Four little cubes of cheese, still no chairs⦠very long for what it is. I appreciate this is a family business, but the tour must be updated. 6 years and no change? Not a tour of a winery - itās an industrial...
