Beautiful beach with lovely clean waters. When the tide is out the beach is huge so great for walking but when the tide is in its easier to swim. Often people pony trekking on the beach. Can be packed on a sunny day but there is a fair amount of parking. Steps down onto the beach if you park nearer the hotel or if you drive down the road a bit there is a carpark with access to the beach through the dunes which maybe easier with kids. Across the road there are showers and a tap for cleaning your feet aswell as toilets. There is also a surf school there so always lots of kids learning the surf on the beach. I also got a crepe off a lady who sells them out of her van and they were absolutely gorgeous! This beach is definitely...

Top class beach. If your looking out from the Hotel to the sea there are two beaches divided by a headland which you can see in the picture from my van/camper. The beach on the right goes on a loop back in through a car park and is a nice easy walk. Good for fishing when tide is out. Currents can be fast over there and sand moves under your feet so be careful swimming. Beach on left bit longer walk and also goes up into dunes and cliff for more adventurous. Again current can move fast on bend so careful swimming. Plenty of surfers on this side more than other but might just have been on that day. Slept in my van, had a steak with fresh coffee afterwards, total cost about €4! Free showers and toilets, waves lull you to...
