Beautiful. There is a small cove like beach with a coastal walk off the beach. We went on the hillside walk just up the road off a farm track. When you reach the top, which is quite a hike, the views are simply beautiful and a strange pile of rocks at the top!!

Great little Bay with fantastic views out to sea. Access is via a single lane road with hardly any passing places once you arrive at the bay there is a small parking area and one bench to sit on to enjoy the view out to sea.

Absolutely beautiful spot. Tranquility at its best. Winding single track roads praying nothing is coming the other way. But worth it for the sheer beauty of the view.

Fleshwick Bay: A Hidden Gem of Tranquility

Nestled on the southwest coast of the Isle of Man, Fleshwick Bay is a serene escape for nature lovers seeking peace and breathtaking scenery. This secluded cove is framed by steep cliffs and lush greenery, offering an unspoiled haven that feels like a step back in time. Accessible via a narrow, winding path, the effort to reach Fleshwick Bay is richly rewarded with stunning coastal views and the soothing sound of waves gently lapping against the pebble-covered shore.

During the summer months, the bay is bathed in brilliant sunlight, which reflects off the shimmering water, creating an almost magical atmosphere. The intense brightness adds a vibrancy to the surrounding cliffs, enhancing the experience for photographers and casual visitors alike. However, Fleshwick Bay’s allure is not limited to its visual charm; its sensory appeal is equally captivating. The strong, salty aroma of the sea is unmistakable and invigorating, mingling with the earthy scent of seaweed scattered along the shore.

While the bay is not ideal for swimming due to its rocky terrain and brisk waters, it is perfect for peaceful contemplation, beachcombing, or simply soaking in the natural beauty. Few visitors frequent this hidden cove, making it an ideal destination for solitude and relaxation. For those willing to venture off the beaten path, Fleshwick Bay delivers an unforgettable blend of tranquility, natural splendor, and sensory richness, leaving visitors refreshed and inspired by its raw,...

On a clear day this is a gem of a place. Admittedly not easy to reach. There is a single track road to it. It is a stoney beach in a shallow horseshoe bay. Ideal for paddling or just scrabbling on the rocks. There are a couple of benches for a picnic or just to sit and watch the waves gently lap the shore. Interesting sea birds to view. Great scenery looking up the coast towards Peel. A perfect spot to pause whilst walking on the coastal path although the path is really really really steep either side of the bay and is not for the faint hearted or those not good...

A very secluded pebble beach on the South west coast on the Rad ny follian (way of the gull). The beach was clean and bins provided by beach buddies were obviously being used well. A very beautiful spot, no shops no people. Just what was needed for a nice...
