Beautiful place! As soon as you pass the gate, it is easy to forget about your day and troubles. The whole area is beautifuly kept and the nuns that were working outside were very kind. Sometimes a single genuine smile can make your day!
The church is amazing. There are must see frescos on the walls. The acoustics is is great, I can only imagine what it sounds like during mass.
The shop is also a must. It contains many hand made things that are made on the premises, from ceramics to food and drinks. We bought a bottle of Tapuz-cello which is like a lemoncello made out of oranges and a jar of lemon jam. The tapuz-cello is really good! Very recommended! (They also have lemoncello but it is a bit bitter and not as good). The jam is also good.
Enjoy this place and take your time while in it. Let yourself disconnect from the world...
