Monument in the Moav Outlook — Attraction in Arad

In the heart of an amazing landscape on the outskirts of the city of Arad, a monument stands by itself (it's sad that there is no explanation about it and about the artist...) The view is intoxicating and you can see into the distance. A convenient parking lot at the foot of the statue, a short walk from the lot.
