Nachal Yarmut Park — Attraction in Beit Shemesh

Ok so this park is very big it has: 3 big jungle gyms. 2 small basketball courts that double concrete football (soccer) fields. A bike path. Plenty of seating areas. Water fountains. Parking. And plenty of grass area.

Down sides: The river meant to run through the park Was neglected and is now an overgrown swampy mess. What was meant to be bathrooms are boarded up with cinder-blocks and theres is nowhere else to go. Parts of the park are...

I really like this park, it feels like a park that they would have in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, I like the seating spaces which there are plenty of, and the bike lanes, really looks like a proper park, my only complaint is that there is no bathroom, which is a shame, and I do wish they finish the bathrooms that they did plan to build, Definitely recommend for family or friends to come here for a...

Wonderfully big Park with some water flowing at times in fake stream beds that kids and even dogs will love. Several shaded and unshaded picnic areas are available for barbecuing and eating your favorite foods. Make sure to bring a plastic tablecloth!
