Beautiful place, breathtaking scenery and very interesting aminals. We saw different deer species, mountain goats, birds of prey and gazelles. The park very well organised, with a lot of shade, cold water for drinking, benches and informational stands for all the animals. Each specie had their information in Hebrew, Arabic and English. There's an area where you can look at and touch various things connected to local animals: ear tags, radio collars, shed horns of goats and deer. Next to it is interactive area that allows you to compare your balance skills to ones of a bird on different surfaces :) If you come here when it's not hot and closer to dusk you can probably see fire salamanders, but we were there on a hot afternoon so they were hiding. Park has a souvenir shop with adorable plush animals, high quality hats and t-shirts, a bit pricey but money goes towards supporting the park's efforts in conservation so I considered it more as a donation. Overall great place to visit, interesting, accessible...

Being back from Gamla Nature Reserve, I had visited the week before, and being still disappointed by the missing vultures (none left, a pity), I couldn't be more surprised to find vultures so close to me in this park. I do recommend visiting this place as they are free to fly wherever they want, they are not in a cage. The other animals that are here are just waiting to be released free when they'll be able to survive. This place is a must! And as with most of the Natural reserves and National parks, it would be wise to reserve your tickets in advance...
Read moreVery cool and interesting place for all ages. It's highly recommended to have a guided tour because without it the trip is shorter and you miss lots of background stories and interesting information on the vultures and surrounding animals. The place is accessible for baby strawlers and wheelchairs, though you need to take into account it's mostly downhill/uphill. Food is generally not allowed inside the reserve to protect the animals. Plenty of parking and great...
