HaKishon Park — Attraction in Haifa

Super family friendly ! I went there with my family to sit down and relax, the place is spacious there is clean water available no restrooms though, a super huge parking lot, perfect for kids, there is a small water fountain for kids to play in. The park overlooks a river but you can't swim in it since the water is allegedly polluted regardless looking at the water and the city and the port is nice. The place is next to the ships port which is an amazing walk to look at all the different ships we could never afford :P A few things i didn't like about the place were: No night lights, so you have to leave one it gets dark. Здесь нужно различать два объекта: парк и марину (стоянку частных яхт). И то, и другое на одной территории. Стоянка общая, открытая. Туалетов два - био, со всеми втекающими и вытекающими... Парк не большой, расположен вдоль реки Кишон, которая упоминается в Танахе. Купаться нельзя, да и вода грязная. Нужно помнить, что в Кишон сливается вода из химзавода, хоть и очищенная. Рыбу ловят и активно. В парке можно кататься на роликах и велосипеде, дети довольны. Главный секрет парка - здесь растет много шелковичных деревьев разных сортов и в сезон тут просто рай для любителей этого дела. Кроме всего здесь много мест для шашлыков. Но в выходные лучше выбраться в лес - людей будет меньше. На стоянку яхт можно зайти свободно, но только гулять по периметру вдоль забора. Непосредственно к яхтам пройти можно только членам клуба. Nice to know that it exist. Could be relatively quite and nice for picnicks. However, maintanance is poor, and ocasionally there is a bad smell from the surounidigs. The park is small for what it should be. Can be covered by foot...
