פעילות לשבת, החוות הזיתים נמצאת בכפר רות שממש צמוד לצומת שילת והעיר מודיעין, די פשוט להגיע והמקום רשום בוויז. נרשמנו לסיור טלפונית לשעה 12:00 (יש לתאם מראש סיורים), הגענו קצת לפני, מקום נחמד ואותנטי, עשינו סוג של צ'ק אין לסיור בקבלה והוסבר לנו שעד שהסיור יתחיל אנו מוזמנים להתכבד במגוון רחב של חליטות תה שאנו בוחרים בעצמנו או קפה חם עם הל, פשוט תענוג עד תחילת הסיור. הסיור התחיל עם בחור נחמד שהסביר לנו על החווה, על הזיתים ועוד, האכלנו את יושבי הלול (כיף מגניב לילדים), אחרי זה ראינו איך מייצרים שמן זית וקיבלנו טעימות מהשמן, הזעתר, פיתות מקומיות וזיתי המקום שהכל היה פשוט טעים. אח"כ מסקנו זיתים וכבשנו אותם וקיבלנו לבית, בסוף הסיור הילדים קיבלו בצק להכנת פיתות טעימות שעשו אותם בטאבון. הילדים קיבלו את הפיתות שלהם עם שוקולד או חומוס או לבנה והורים קיבלו פיתות חמות וטריות עם חומוס/לבנה/זעתר/שמן זית/סומק שאפשר להרכיב, היה פשוט טעים! אחלה אווירה שמעבירה איזה שעתיים שלוש, תחנות הסיור ממש קרוב אחד לשני ואין צורך בהליכה מרובה, הינו עם ילד בן 3.5 ותינוק בן שנה ועגלה. כרטיס לאדם 35 ש"ח, לתינוק לא...
