Amphorae Winery — Attraction in Hof HaCarmel Regional Council

I can not say that our visit to this winery will be remembered by us as outstanding. Firstly, they do not have a normal parking lot and people are forced to park on an improvised wasteland, where there is little space and it is inconvenient to turn around. Agree, not the most pleasant start. After that, you get to the shops and you may get the impression that that's it. This greatly disappointed us. And only after asking, we were told that we need to go a little further and there will be what we are looking for. The building itself is beautiful, as is the nature around. Unpleasantly surprised by their service - a nice girl pours wine for guests, but only for those who booked a place. Of course, everyone has the right to do business as they want, but people turned around and left disappointed with this creative marketing approach. Here you can really book a place and sit and drink wine with fruits and cheeses. But it was very noisy, people walk between the tables and it creates the feeling of a walk-through yard. We bought wine and they gave us to taste of everything we wanted, told in detail about each bottle and answered all questions. An amazing Vegan friendly experience. *Wines - good quality variety and Taste, even the rose which is ain't my cup of wine was great. Med series is good, though make sure that you check out what else is in the store regardless to tastings and might be waiting for you.

Food - these guys truly serve with love, fruits of the season ripe and good, spreads are delicious dairy products were reported very good, but the Highlight of the whole thing : Fin amazing VEGAN cheeses. A thing rare on it's own in these kind of places

As a small group of social media influential that are flying often to Israel from NY and are exposed to a large numbers of people every month, we are looking for small exciting places in Israel to recommend. One of them that was recommended to us was the אמפורה winery and we made a reservation for May 25th for a tour and wine tasting. We got confirmation from the winery. A few days before our tour, after we arrange our schedule, the winery canceled our tour claiming the have a different event. It sounds like we are to be blame. Email that was send to the winery, got no respond no apology. I’m really hoping their products are good, we didn’t had the chance to experience it, but their behavior is unacceptable. And we will not recommend this place to are followers....
