Fishing Park Mayyan Tzvi — Attraction in Hof HaCarmel Regional Council

We stayed overnight in one of the air conditioned tents. The only positive I can say is that the air conditioner works and that the owners were friendly when we arrived.

The kids pool was filthy, the water was dirty as was the surrounding area— didn’t let my kids play in it. The toilets are super far away from the campsite — next to the entry. For those staying overnight, this makes no sense. The tents are literally sharing a wall. They are one of top of another and the sitting area is also crowded, there is no sense of space or privacy. We felt like we were living with the neighbors. The exterior light stayed on ALL night, super bright, which leaked into the tent. there’s a shade covering the whole outside area, which trapped the smoke from the barbecues and made the whole place feel stuffy. The tents are situated right on Road 2 — all night you can hear the cars passing overhead. All the attractions were old, broken, and dirty. Not fun for kids All of the sinks had salty water — didn’t feel fresh enough even for washing dishes. The whole place is concrete. Don’t feel any nature. As mentioned by others, the fishing pools are small and dirty.

Place has many attractions, but main fishing aria is too small: you catch fishing line of another fisherman from the opposite shore easily. Water is super dirty, airation windmill makes a big noise right in the middle of this pond - few fours and you wish to run away from this noise. Naturally not much fish in this tiny lake. They built roof against sun - place only for tiny fishing rods. You stand on concrete floor 2 meters above the water level - no access to the water - you need to pull up fish which is supposed to hang on a hook and don't move to let you pull it up. And all this is surrounded by clean huge great looking real lakes to where you have no...

First of all, it is possible to catch a fish only with professional equipment. We've spent 3 hours on insane hot sun using fish-rod that rent at the entrance. Nothing, not even a single bite. No one with these fish-rods catch a fish, only guys with their own equipment caught something. There are probably 5 fishes in the whole pond.

Is that an entertainment?! My 4.5 years old son was utterly disappointed.

That's definitely not worth the money - ₪210 entrance, ₪35...
