Shefayim Water-Park — Attraction in Hof HaSharon Regional Council

It's a nice place with lots of pools but many problems that are very easily solvable. For one there just isn't enough shade. Especially in kiddy pools. On a hot summer day this is unpleasant. Better to come in the afternoon. Also entrance is very unclear. I was standing in the wrong line for 15 minutes before someone bothered telling us that. Me and at least 20 people who were waiting there for long had to go to another place and start over. Please fix!

Edit 2018: They took out the last water fountain in the park. Now you have to go to the office and fill your bottle from their Tami4. Still no shade at all in the pools. Lines are way too long!! Last time was busy but this time the park is only half full and we were still waiting 30 minutes to go on the kids water slide ( the one limited ages 4+) Do not buy the donuts! They were not made today or yesterday 😜

Edit 2022: Water coolers are back and my rating is back to 3 stars. Lines are still way too long. After visiting water parks in Italy I now have a worse opinion about this place. Lets start with the bad things (in case someone there is reading and wants to fix stuff): As in all other water parks in Israel, queues are very long, and the people working there don't hurry too much, which is a shame because on first glance it could have been faster. The park closes at 16:00 in August. Could have worked at least an hour longer. The Wave pool works for 4 minutes (I've been there for a few of the sessions, all of them were exactly 4 minutes long) once an hour. That is a shame because kids really love it. Should be more sessions - maybe once every 30 minutes for 5 minutes. The scariest slide didn't work when we came, which was a bit of a bummer

The good things: Great place for kids - my 3 and 6 year olds really enjoyed it. Facilities are very well kept, clean, and mostly working. A lot of places in the shade to sit. The queues are mostly shaded, which is great, there are a few places where there isn't enough shade, and since the queues are slow you may find yourself for 5 minutes in the sun because you caught a shadeless spot.

As time passes, the place begins to disappoint more and more. The slides are not maintained and old. The most annoying of course is the pressure and the eternal wait for slides. Filled with people. It does not seem to limit the number of people who can enter. As far as they are concerned, 10,000 will also be included.
