As an avid road cyclist, I often ride Road 353 between Li-On and Luzit, and love the beautiful surrounding scenery of Park Brittania on either side of me as I ride. I have never hiked in there, but from what I see when I ride, maybe I should some day! Occasionally I also ride up to the Massua lookout point off of Road 38, which is also part of Park Brittania. Breathtaking views and nice and...

Walked on Elot trail, starting from Srigim camping site. The trail is easy going for kids, took us 1.5h to complete the 2.5km, including several rest stops to eat and tell some stories. The camping itself is comfortable but very basic. No electricity, water and toilet were open only during the day. There are places for tent and fire (bring your own wood, it is forbidden to use...

Very nice national park. There are several trails to explore, hiking and open space. There are also several picnic areas, tables etc. available. This is not a playground. There are no restrooms. This is a popular place to go and watch the stars and see the constellations in the night sky far away from the lights of the city. Very quiet...

It's a great park with easy access. Clean, with a lot of trails and an unknown number of porcupines (we found four porcupine quills along the trail we walked). It's dog-friendly, with picnic areas distributed all over the park, with and without parking spaces nearby. Much cooler than Tel Aviv area in summer.

On our second visit to this park it seems that cleanliness has improved. End of winter/spring is probably the best time to visit, when it's not too hot under the sun and fields are green. Lots of areas for picnic, (bring a mat, tables are usually taken) and many paths to explore.
