Our excitement for the ATV adventure quickly turned into a nightmare due to the overbooking scam orchestrated by this ATV place. We had made advance reservations for a specific time slot, arriving promptly at 3:15 PM for our scheduled departure at 3:30 PM. Little did we know that our holiday plans were about to be completely disregarded and ruined by this unscrupulous establishment.

Upon arrival, it became immediately evident that something was amiss. We noticed multiple groups of people who had been waiting for what felt like an eternity. To our dismay, we learned that these groups had also made reservations, just like us, and had been waiting for hours. The staff had taken their money well in advance, which raised suspicions that they deliberately overbooked, fully aware that they couldn't accommodate everyone.

We, along with many others, were left waiting for a staggering 2 hours. Throughout this agonizing wait, the excuses provided by the staff were not only unsatisfactory but also insulting. They fed us a constant stream of fabricated reasons for the delay, showing complete disregard for our time and holiday plans. It became evident that they had no intention of honoring our reservations or providing any semblance of decent customer service.

The most infuriating part of this ordeal was how the owner Assaf, who finally made his appearance after 2 hours, reacted to the chaos. His cocky and dismissive attitude displayed a complete lack of empathy or understanding for the inconvenience and frustration we were enduring. Instead of apologizing and attempting to rectify the situation, he treated us with disdain, as if we were the ones at fault for expecting the service we had paid for.

In conclusion, this overbooking scam not only ruined our holiday plans but also exposed the utter lack of integrity and respect for customers at this ATV place. They willingly disregarded the time and money we had invested in their service and responded with insults rather than accountability. For anyone planning a special outing or adventure, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a reputable and customer-centric establishment that values your time and respects your plans. As we started the tour after waiting for two hours we were astonished to discover that they had only provided goggles to the driver. This decision was not only irresponsible but also incredibly dangerous, especially considering there were children on board. The result was that the kids in the back were completely blinded by the dust. Their inability to see properly put them at significant risk, and their safety was clearly not a concern for the staff.

The owner or guide assaf used a speaker in your atv to give commands, but these were often misleading and inconsistent. One moment, we were commanded to go fast, and the next, we were told to slow down. This inconsistency not only disrupted the flow of the tour but also created confusion among the participants. It felt like a rollercoaster ride of unpredictable demands, making it impossible to enjoy the natural surroundings.

Assaf had a sinister way of doing things. An ATV tour should be an enjoyable and liberating experience, not one marred by anxiety and discomfort due to the guide's actions.

Assaf also overbooks tours and only charges cash so you can't ask him for a refund they were over 100 people there that needed a refund and it was already getting dark he took the key and shut off the atv and left the 5 people in the atv stranded with no way to return back to their cars the kids were crying and they ended up only getting back up to their cars with a hitchhike

The river is more like going in a puddle he doesn't let you just be yourself amd enjoy the nature when we got back to the place we asked him to apologize and work something out and he just threatened us and closed the gate and told us to leave the property while there was still a group of about about 100 people that were waiting to ride the atvs

I recommend staying far away from this guy assaf as he is bipolar and will overcharge and not refund you amd totally disregard your safety...

I’m genuinely disheartened to share my experience at this establishment. We had hoped for an exhilarating ATV ride but were instead faced with multiple disappointments.

We showed up for our 10:45 AM slot slightly ahead of time, expecting an organized start. Yet, it was immediately apparent that those from the 10:15 AM session were still awaiting their turn, displaying visible frustration. The onsite staff, particularly a gentleman named Asaf, seemed ill-equipped to handle the situation, resorting to raising his voice rather than providing solutions.

During the actual ATV session, the overall vibe was less than pleasant. Despite our earnest efforts to adhere to guidelines, the instructors appeared overly critical. One particular instructor seemed reckless in his approach, coming dangerously close to my ATV, making me quite anxious. Another peculiar incident involved a guide misconstruing a harmless hand gesture, resulting in a rather tense exchange.

The peak of our distress came when, seemingly out of spite, this guide swerved into my path, causing an avoidable collision between our ATVs. And in a surprising turn of events, he removed the key from my ATV, effectively stranding us mid-journey. The subsequent lengthy walk back, especially with young members in our group, added to our dismay.
