Camel Mount — Attraction in Mizpe Ramon

Wonderful view of amazing Ramon Crater! Free entrance and absolutely worth it! We visited the Camel Mountain (Har Gamal) viewpoint — it’s just a short drive from Mitzpe Ramon town. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunrise or sunset. The whole crater opens up in front of you like a giant natural amphitheater. Awesome lookout point for the Ramon Crater! It's called the Camel mount because from certain angles it looks like a camel sitting. Situated at 900 meters, it is technically one of Israel's high points. It's best to go at sunset, sunrise or even on a full moon, but you still really enjoy it at anytime!
