The "Black Arrow" monument is a large memorial site to the paratroopers' battle heritage during the retaliatory operations beginning with the longing operation on August 10, 1954 and Operation Black Arrow (Gaza operation) on February 28, 1955 and ending with the Sinai War. An important landmark viewing the Gaza strip. There is a risk of getting RPG / anti tanks rockets so I wouldn't suggest stay there for long time during military...

Memorial of military operations during early-mid fifties, when young state of Israel suffered from infiltration of hostile groups and the "retaliation" operations along the borders, prior to Sinay Operation of Oct. 1956. A well maintained memorial for the soldiers that fell during the reprisal operations in the 1950s. Unit 101 and later 35. Well maintained with good information, there are also multilingual audio explanations. You can view the Gaza Strip and hear the drones.

Reminds those of us who came to this land easily of the determination and sacrifice that has kept it safe for us. And a view of Gaza to remind us that there are still those who want to disrupt it
