This beautiful forest area is an excellent place to enjoy a family picnic. Going up to the top of the trail there are 3 gorgeous mosaic structures for kids to climb on, working water faucets, and a very hungry clowder of cats (bring your leftovers!) We spotted a few deer crossing, drive carefully.

Lovely forest. Lots of cyclamen and some anemone now (mid February) A shame that there are people that are very disrespectful and dump their trash. There is an area at the top of the hill for kids to play along mosaic statues.

יער המלאכים / שחריה נסיעה של כ 45 דק מהמרכז מביאה אותנו ליער גדול מלא באיזורי פיקניק, הכל מסודר ונקי עם ספסלי ישיבה נוחים, איזורים למנגל ואיזורים שמאפשרים גם חניה עם קראוון נגרר. האתר לא מוסדר לקמפינג רגיל ( אין שירותים ומקור מים למי שצריך). הכניסה חינם , המסלול לא מתאים עם עגלות. ביער עצמו יש מס מסלולי טיולים, אנחנו עשינו את המסלול שנקרא "דרך קדם" - מסלול מעגלי קליל יחסית, לא מישורי, עליה קלה ומסלול בתוך יער מלא ברקפות (בעונה - ינואר פברואר) וירידה חזרה לרכבים בשביל עפר מסודר.
