The delightful Giulia firstly took us on a tour of the winery explaining passionately the delicate relationship between the soil and the vines and the wineries commitment to both the environment and traditional wine making methods in the Umbrian region. We then enjoyed a fabulous wine pairing lunch where we tasted a selection of their wines including the beautiful sparkling Centopercento, a rose wine and ending with the sensational Primo D’Anfora.
