We visited the winery two times. First time we arranged a tour in english and they suggested two time slots 14 or 16Hrs. We took the second and when we arrived we were very surprised: No information available anywhere. Staff was completely ignoring the few guests they had When finally someone came to start the tour, we noticed it was in Italian. We asked the guide to give information in English and she said that the English tour was the one at 15hrs. As mentioned before, we asked specifically for this because (our bad) we don’t speak Italian

We quit the tour and decided to taste several wines instead. Again to get a table (in a place where is not busy at all) we did not have anyone helping us. Also understanding which wines or options were available was a challenge. Finally after waiting more than 20 min we got a table with a nice view and good service. Wines were good and interesting information. We got some olives and local bread. Once finished, we wanted to pay... and another surprise. We were being charged about 8-10 euros extra. We noticed because the prices were already high and we calculated how much we were spending. So this price difference was quite noticeable. The staff member said a couple of times it was not a mistake and by the third or so chance they finally recognized there was “an error in their system”...

On this first day, the wine was good, the view was also very nice and the overall area looked fine. Therefore, we decided on the day after to give it a second chance because there was bad weather and taking wine sounded good.

This time it did not took long to get surprises and bad experiences. The moment we got in, one staff member in a very rude form said we should sit at the bar but not in the nice tasting area. We turned and everything was empty (literally not even one table out of twenty or so were in use). We asked again because there was also some tables outside but he rejected again. This person did not even try to be nice he actually said “either you sit here at the bar, or nothing”. Considering the high prices and overall bad experience, we decided to leave and for sure we won’t come back.

Conclusion: beautiful winery with good wines but please expect awful and very...

Why do people complain, it's nonsense.. If you couldn't do wine tasting because you didn't book it - it's your fault, isn't it? If they were 'slow' to serve you - why are you in a hurry while on holidays AND in such beautiful environment? If they seem 'arrogant' - would you blame them for being proud after building such a quality business in 20 years from scratch? I actually only encountered kindness, professionalism, high standards. The architecture of the winery is absolutely incredible, the tour was well explained and our guide was happy to answer dozens of questions from me (I am curious, yes). The wines were, in order: very good, amazing, delightful. These people deserve 5 stars. If you rate them less it's because you are inexperienced with the world of wine.

Small suggestion to the winery, during tasting: if you leave half-empy bottles on display, after serving the guests their tasting doses, do come back to them asking them which wine they liked best and if they'd appreciate a small top-up. I say this for two reasons - you won't serve new guests with opened bottles (I assume) and it will definitely increase the chances of someone leaving with 1 (or...

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived without a reservation and so couldn't take part in a tasting which was fine but this was told to us in an incredibly rude and aggressive manner. We asked if we could instead just sit and have a bottle of wine without a reservation and after several minutes of negotiation with probably the rudest staff I have ever come across they allowed us to sit in a corner on a table used for storage of decorations/candles despite there not being a single person at several other tables which were closer to the window and the great view. We were then told there was another booking for the table in an hour and a half so they could only give us a glass of wine. We finally managed to persuade them to serve us a bottle and sat for over two hours with no other people showing up for our or any other table. When we went to pay the staff member didn't say a single word to us and then scowled at us when we left. While the setting and wine was nice the incredibly hostile environment created by the staff means I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and instead would...

We stopped by to have a look since we discovered the place on Google maps. We had been welcomed friendly and offered a wine tasting for 5 Euros for three samples. Since we had been there in mid April, out of the season, it was no problem to get a table. However, as i asked about it, I was told that during the season it is highly recommended to do a booking upfront. The service personal was kind and also answered with patience our questions about the winery and wines. The place looks modern, open space and nice decorated. We really liked the wine, so we decided to stay for a while and ordered us full glasses with a cheese n snack plate. We really enjoyed our extended break on one of the couches with a nice view to their wine yards and the mountains in the back. At the finish we still bought two bottles of wine, olive oil and the total amount was 94 Euros. Considering the ambient, quality, really fair for what is offered and moderate from my experience. Anything else is a matter of taste, gusto and own preferences of course.

A stunning location and a really well-organized wine tasting. We called in the morning to book a 2 PM slot which was no problem at all, and when we arrived there still seemed to be plenty of space, so it felt relaxed and not crowded. The tasting included two white and two red wines, each paired with thoughtful small bites. To top it off, a dessert wine with an actual dessert. All for €55 per person, which felt very fair for the quality and setting. The staff gave a clear and interesting explanation of each wine, and the whole experience felt both informative and enjoyable. They were also very accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions. They offered alternatives for those with lactose or other allergies, which was much appreciated. Only minor downside? The background music wasn’t quite our taste, but honestly, that’s a small thing in an otherwise great visit. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and want to treat yourself to a bit of Sardinian wine culture
