A stunning beach, but be very careful getting in and out.

This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Crystal-clear water, peaceful atmosphere, and truly worth the trip—if you’re prepared for the difficult access.

The only way to reach it is by car (or possibly by bike if you're very fit). The last 5 km are on a dirt road full of potholes and puddles. That’s manageable, but the real problem is the parking area: when leaving, our car got completely stuck in a sandpit.

There’s a warning sign not to drive through that area, but the way the exit is set up, you’re basically forced to pass through it unless you go against traffic. It’s a trap.

We were lucky—two tourists in a car and two others on bikes helped us dig out and push. Without them, we would have been stranded.

There really should be clearer signs and some sort of assistance on-site. If you visit, enjoy the beach, but be extra cautious driving in and...

Amazing beach! To reach this beach you’ll need to do around 5km of dirt road. This can be done with a city car (did it with a Fiat Grande Punto). The parking is next to the beach. At this time (beginning of July) no parking fee was required. The beach is part of a protected area reason why the access with animals is limited. There are two bars where you can drink, eat and rent umbrellas. Next to one of the bars there are also showers available. The beach is big, not too many people, the surrounding landscape is amazing and the water is crystal clear. Peace and quiet. It is an area with many waves and it was very fun to play with. There were few people with surfboards as well. I would totally come back here and would recommend this beach to anyone that is...

from september 2025:

the road down to the parking (which costs between 3 and 15 euros depending on when you arrive and I believe size of car or camper) is not asphalt for the last few kilometers & it took us about 35 minutes to the main road. it's very ok to drive on though, a bit of sand and rocks with some holes. but if you're careful and not in a hurry, it's not an obstacle. however the bigger the car, the harder it gets.

once you get there, parking spots should not be a problem at all - maybe in full on summer time.

you're rewarded with an almost endless long beach strip that due to its location is not overcrowded & there are 2 shops with beverages and ice cream.

only downside were the closed toilets, but that could have...
