We recently visited Fattoria Le Vegre di Domenico, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! Even though we didn’t partake in the wine tasting, the farm left a lasting impression with its charm, cleanliness, and serene ambiance. Nestled in a picturesque setting, the property is impeccably maintained, with lush greenery and a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The owner Domenico were incredibly welcoming and attentive, sharing their passion for the farm’s heritage and its beautiful surroundings. Every corner of Fattoria Le Vegre exudes care and authenticity, making it a perfect spot for anyone looking to escape into nature’s embrace. Piccola fattoria e azienda vinicola a conduzione familiare, vicina a una delle città più importanti al mondo per l’architettura poiché città natale di Andrea Palladio (inventore dello stile a cui è ispirata anche la Casa Bianca statunitense). La fattorie Le Vegre ha delle camere allestite in un vecchio casolare sui colli, accoglienti, luminose, spaziose e con molto stile no poco lussuoso. Nei dintorni si trovano piste ciclabili, il lago di Fimon, due antiche e famose osterie frequentate da persone del luogo. E’ consigliato recarcisi da aprile a ottobre: in maggio la città di Vicenza offre il suggestivo jaz festival e la fattorie la manifestazione “Cantine Aperte” evento che permette a tutti di accedere alle aziende vinicole per degustare in compagnia i vini della vendemmia dell’anno precedente. Il soggiorno è perfetto sia per lavoro che per coppiette che una spensierata scampagnata tra amici. La città offre numerosi locali con musica dal vivo e la gente del luogo è cordiale. Non distante si trova la stazione dei treni dalla quale in circa un ‘ora è possibile raggiungere Venezia oppure, in auto, le Alpi venete chiamate dolomiti. Domenico, Antonio e Maddalena, col la loro piccola Lucia sono davvero simpatici e disponibili. E’ consigliatissimo! Small family-run farm and winery, close to one of the most important cities in the world for architecture as the birthplace of Andrea Palladio (inventor of the style that inspired the US White House). The Le Vegre farm has rooms set up in an old farmhouse on the hills, welcoming, bright, spacious and with a lot of style that is not very luxurious. Nearby there are cycle paths, Lake Fimon, two ancient and famous taverns frequented by locals. It is recommended to go from April to October: in May the city of Vicenza offers the suggestive jaz festival and the farms the event "Open Cellars" event that allows everyone to access the wineries to taste the wines of the vintage of the year in company previous one. The living room is perfect for both work and couples as well as a carefree picnic with friends. The city offers numerous clubs with live music and the locals are friendly. Not far away is the train station from which in about an hour you can reach Venice or, by car, the Venetian Alps called the Dolomites. Unser zweitägiger Aufenthalt in der Fattoria le Vegre war einfach fantastisch und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Dieses kleine Weingut mit Zimmern war während unseren 8 Tagen in Italien ein Highlight. Mitten in der italienischen Landschaft und eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der Authentizität, Gastfreundschaft und Komfort sucht.

Die Zimmer und Bäder sind modern eingerichtet und redemotiviert, sehr sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details und das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird.

Der Service war schlichtweg herausragend. Domenico, der Besitzer, ist ein toller Mensch! Sein Englisch ist wirklich gut, was die Kommunikation unglaublich angenehm und einfach macht. Er ist nicht nur extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, sondern auch ein super Gesprächspartner. Seine Leidenschaft für seine Fattoria und die Region ist spürbar. Er gab uns nicht nur exzellente Restaurantempfehlungen und Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region, sondern zeigte uns auf eine kurze Nachfrage hin sogar die Familienkirche. Das war ein sehr persönlicher Moment!

Ein Angebot, das leider nicht auf Booking.com richtig ersichtlich wird, sind die Weinverkostungen, die Domenico anbietet. Wir wussten es daher nicht und haben es leider nicht gebucht. Da Domenico mit der Familie dort wohnt benötigt es leider etwas Vorlauf zur Planung, daher war es bei uns leider zu kurzfristig. Beim nächsten Mal wissen wir es besser und werden das noch mitmachen. Es gibt auch eine Führung durchs Weingut.

Wir haben uns hier vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die herzliche Atmosphäre, der exzellente Service und die persönliche Betreuung durch Domenico machen die Fattoria la Vegre zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
