Fattoria Il Muro — Attraction in Arezzo

We loved it here! We were welcomed as walk ins for a basic wine tasting of a few wines (they have a more in depth wine tour experience you can book that looks lovely as well). The owner himself told us all about each wine, let us try some, and we walked away with a few bottles. Very affordable wine that is delicious! Lovely vineyard, he also has cold cuts of meat from his farm you can buy as well. Driving up to the farm we first saw a couple of happy piglets, it was like in a movie! We just drove by unannounced, but were welcomed warmly and had the opportunity to taste some of the wines. We bought both bottled wine and from the barrel. The wine from the barrel is a really nice day to day wine (wish I had bought more) and the Riserva is a welcomed guest to every Sundays table.
