The whole castle hill is an archaeological and historical landmark. Nicely arranged, offering many information tables along the round tour. There's no entry fee for the complex, only the castle is closed for ordinary visits.

Beautiful view for processo, prosciutto and cheeses to watch the sunset. We were entertained by the music coming from a live concert in the garden . I’ve attached the menu for reference of what they offer.

Il Castello Savorgnan di Artegna, sopravvissuto alle molteplici vicissitudini e fatti d’armi che ne hanno caratterizzato l’edificazione e l’evoluzione, si inserisce in un più vasto complesso fortificato. L’ultimo importante restauro è stato realizzato dopo la catastrofica distruzione avvenuta con il terremoto del 1976. I lavori di ricostruzione e ristrutturazione curati dalla Soprintendenza con il Comune di Artegna e gli attuali proprietari si sono conclusi nel 2013. Attualmente il piano inferiore è adibito a punto di ristoro, mentre i piani superiori ospitano una mostra archeologica e spazi espositivi.
