I ordered 6 bare root lavendars to replace previous plants that I have in large terracotta troughs at the front of the house. Ordered Sunday 17 December, delivered by SDA 48 hours later. Right now the entrance is free because it is part of the lavender fest weekends for the whole month of June. I so enjoyed the fields and the gardens so I stayed so much longer than I projected! It was so relaxing to sit down under the weeping willow to feel the breeze and gaze at the view of Assisi beyond the rows of lavender. Eravamo in zona Assisi domenica 6 luglio ed abbiamo scelto di visitare il lavandeto. All'ingresso una signorina ci ha consegnato due biglietti , uno celeste per la consumazione e uno rosso per mazzetto lavanda. Abbiamo speso 8 euro a testa ma nella pubblicità dell'evento c'era scritto ingresso gratuito fine settimana, a pagamento solo giorni infrasettimanali. All'interno del lavandeto scopriamo la truffa: se volevamo consumare dovevamo pagare , a disposizione c'erano due carri ambulanti che preparavano panini farciti, hot dog e patate fritte. Abbiamo speso altri 25 euro per comprare i panini e per il bere. All'uscita tiriamo fuori il biglietto rosso che ci dava diritto a due mazzetti di lavanda e ci è stato risposto" Ci dispiace li abbiamo finiti, se volete abbiamo i sacchettini di lavanda profumati". Oltre il danno la beffa. Allego una foto del biglietto blu dove è indicata la scritta "possono mangiare" . Certo! grazie di avercelo scritto gentile signorina. Ma cosa vuol dire ? Esperienza pessima, hanno visto che non eravamo del posto e se ne sono approfittati . Non si fanno queste cose, molto sgradevoli. Già segnalato alle autorità...
