Outstanding experience 🙏 From the description of the tasting "welcome to Montefalco“ I expected less and was more than surprised what we got... In a positive way. The lady who guided us gave us a professional tour explaining the history of the building, the specifics of this wine area as well everything about the products and the concepts they follow. She was giving everybody time to ask questions which she answers always very professional. Also that the entire tour was given in English was a big plus for us. The wine we tasted was excellent and convinced us to buy some 😊 We were offered the following wines:

I booked the tour online on the same day. The booking and payment was smooth. For similar tours in other wineries you often have to book a day in advanced and and have phone calls. Not here! Bellissima Cantina Vinicola!!! Si ma solo da fuori , perché non ci hanno fatto nemmeno entrare anche se in orario di apertura, bisognava prenotare !! Ma prenoterà per entrare e comprare una bottiglia o delle bottiglie?Ok per un evento dedicato , ok per un giro guidato nella cantina , ma non farci entrare nemmeno per acquistare nello shop è assurdo!! Quindi per me una pessima figura , avevo accompagnato persone in gita in Umbria e sommelier , credo che dobbiate rivedere un poco la vostra policy, scadente e poco attenta al cliente , e poi per giunta durante l’evento cantine aperte 2022,, precisamente sabato 28/05/2022, non avere nessuno che possa far fare assaggi per invogliare all’acquisto credo che è la prima cosa che serve in una cantina. Peccato , una delusione, anche perché altre volte ho trovato chiuso e nessuna indicazione , durante gli orari di apertura. La tutale del cliente si fa anche con mascherine e distanziamento , non far entrare proprio credo sia una cosa eccessiva , anche perché fuori eravamo solo noi 4 persone e non c’era la fila . Poi siamo stati in altre cantine ed era tutto normale , tutte aperte per quello che ci si aspetta durante cantine aperte , per fortuna abbiamo potuto assaggiare vini molto più di qualità in altre cantine che conosciamo bene e non deludono mai , addio Briziarelli e spero che altri gli altri vi lascino nella...
