Very well prepared park, with plenty of activities for kids from 3 to 99. We spent half a day with a 3 y.o. and he had a lot of fun. There is food available as well. Helmets are required, you can borrow one for free, but if you have your own, do bring it. My only complaint is about the toilets. Doing a #2 with a 3 y.o. is an acrobatic challenge in itself as the toilets are very basic and lack seats. Il Parcallario è più di un luogo, è un'esperienza, un'avventura. Parto dal dire che sono stato qui di domenica. Dunque, il parcheggio è abbastanza ampio, tuttavia specie nei giorni "caldi", è sempre bene arrivare sul posto entro le ore 10:00(limite) o si finirà col parcheggiare in strada, e comunque c'è possibilità di farlo. L'ingresso è aumentato di prezzo ad una velocità degna del campione italiano Jacobs, da 1€, poi 2€, e adesso 2,5€. Detto questo almeno ci si aspetterebbe di avere i servizi di base garantiti in condizioni umane, ma parlando ad esempio delle toilettes, queste dopo qualche ora lasciano a desiderare. Per quanto riguarda le attrazioni, sempre nei momenti di pienone, il personale fa una fatica assurda: intendiamoci, ci vogliono 2 cervelli e 4 braccia ciascuno quando ci sono migliaia di persone... ma perché non prendere qualcun altro con un altro cervello e un altro paio di braccia? Perché mettere in difficoltà anche i clienti che non sanno se potranno fare un giro nei percorsi perché o manca l'attrezzatura, o il personale stremato va in pausa pranzo sfinito e in ritardo, o ancora perché semplicemente non hanno tra loro -a volte- una comunicazione efficace? Detto questo ripeto che capisco tutto, infatti la mia valutazione è generosa, ma rivedrei molto le infrastrutture, il personale, e l'organizzazione generale, c'è ancora del potenziale inespresso in questo luogo, che resta comunque divertente, piacevole e...
