For me personally the most beautiful beach in (south) Sardinia.

Parking does cost you but this seems to be the norm for most of Sardinia.

If you manage the steep walk from the parking spot past the archeological site (10-15 minutes) you are greeted by a beautiful and pretty quiet beach. The water was very clear during our stay and the beach itself even has some somewhat secluded spots to get some peace and quiet. The ground underwater is mostly sandy but at some points there are rocks that have collapsed into the water, so you can even find some fish.

The sand is very very fine. Of course it therefore relentlessly sticks everywhere and is hard to get rid of.

It is also a great place to watch the sunset! After sundown there are a lot of mosquitos between you and the car park.

Between the beach and the car park...

This was one of the absolute highlights of our stay in Sardinia. You can escape the crowds on other beaches here, enjoy peace and tranquillity, and have a whole stretch of beach 'all to yourself'.

Wonderful serene place. One side of the peninsular the water is crystal clear and calm, the other side dramatic waves and sounds.

Very few people, unfortunately today there was a grey haired bellender who thought he would fly his drone around for...
