My recent visit to the Chianti region for a wine tasting was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to any wine enthusiast. Nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, this winery offers a perfect blend of exquisite wines, charming ambiance, and warm hospitality.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the sight of elegant peacocks roaming the lush vineyards. Their vibrant plumage added a touch of whimsy to the already stunning scenery, making for an enchanting start to our visit. The winery itself is set in a beautifully restored historic estate, offering panoramic views over the rolling hills of wine country. The sight of endless rows of grapevines stretching into the horizon is truly breathtaking and sets the stage for a memorable tasting experience.

The service at the winery was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like esteemed guests. The staff were knowledgeable and passionate about their wines, providing us with detailed explanations of each variety we sampled. Their enthusiasm was infectious and added depth to our understanding and appreciation of the wines.

One of the highlights of the tasting was meeting the owner, whose dedication to his craft was evident in every aspect of the winery. He shared fascinating stories about the history of the estate and the meticulous processes involved in producing their wines. His personal touch and genuine love for winemaking made the experience all the more special.

Among the many delightful wines we sampled, the 30-year-old balsamic vinegar stood out as a true gem. Its rich, complex flavors were a revelation, adding a luxurious note to the tasting. The opportunity to taste such a rare and well-aged balsamic vinegar was a rare treat that added a unique dimension to our visit.

The tasting room itself is a charming space, beautifully decorated with rustic elegance. The combination of traditional Tuscan decor and modern comforts creates an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Whether you're seated inside or enjoying the views from the outdoor terrace, the setting is perfect for savoring the exceptional wines on offer.

In conclusion, wine tasting in the Chianti region is an experience not to be missed. The stunning views, charming ambiance, excellent service, and the passion of the owner all come together to create a truly memorable visit. The 30-year-old balsamic vinegar is the cherry on top of an already perfect day. I highly recommend this delightful winery to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful winery, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The setting, situated on a picturesque farm, was nothing short of stunning. The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the lush surroundings and the serene ambiance.

One of the standout features of this winery was their exceptional variety of balsamic vinegar and organic olive oil. It was a delight to explore the different flavors and blends they had to offer, and I ended up leaving with a few bottles to elevate my culinary creations at home.

But the real star of the show was, of course, the wine. What set this winery apart was their commitment to producing wines without sulfates. The result was a range of exquisite, pure wines that truly showcased the essence of the grapes. The tasting was a revelation, and I found myself savoring each sip.

The owner, who is also the wine maker, was incredibly welcoming. They took the time to share their passion for winemaking and the farm's sustainable practices. It was evident that they put their heart and soul into every bottle, and it made the experience all the more special.

To top it all off, the organic farm-to-table lunch they offered was a culinary delight. Fresh ingredients from their farm were expertly crafted into a delicious meal that perfectly complemented the wine.

In summary, my visit to this winery was an absolute delight. It's not just a winery; it's an enchanting journey through the world of organic and sustainable agriculture, where wine, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil are elevated to an art form. I can't recommend it enough to anyone seeking a unique and enriching...

10 STARS!! After this experience, any other wine tasting will p a l e in comparison! We live along the California's Coast, near some of the world-class wineries. We have been to many wineries: Napa, Paso, Lodi...

The #1 U L T I M A T E wine tasting at an amazing winery: Tenuta Casanova! If you are near San Gimignao, Italy, oh my goodness! What a spectacular life-enhancing adventure ! Take Mark Limousine Tours - he recommemded as we booked the perfect drive and tour with him.

This was owned by the Vatican before Silvano purchased the 77 acres and renovated it. When they cleared the jungle it had become, something precious was found. There was an old, old vine discovered on the property. Silvano grafted it and the magic of the ancient vine is yours when you visit. No sulfites are used to preserve the wine.

The ONLY winery in Tuscany to eliminate sulfites in wine and balsamic. Magnificat is the wine about which the pope, in 1850, came to this winery and said "my soul is home." Heaven, most certainly. He said God put His own preservatives in the grape.

Hand-picked by 20 people, only the best grapes are chosen for their ultimate wine: for the life it has inside. No machines. It is God's design and wisdom that preserves the integrity. "Amazing" does not do this place justice. Silvano, you are one of God's blessings on this Earth!

A prayer before coming to Italy: just reveal Yourself to me, somewhere, sometime...Indeed, here, He did! Italy has many masters, geniuses. Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Silvano. Silvano, you honor God and you made me cry! The one who preserves Life is the ultimate. Amen!

Silvano, Tenuta Casanova Winery, may God continue...

It's clear that Tenuta Casanova prioritizes the quality of their wines and the well-being of their guests. I must also mention our wonderful guide, Julia. Her knowledge of the vineyard, the winemaking process, and the history of the region added a fascinating dimension to our tour. Her passion and enthusiasm were infectious, making the experience even more enjoyable. Oh!!! And the olive oil. They won the award for #1 best extra virgin olive oil IN Europe! This place keeps on giving.
