Pietradolce — Attraction in Castiglione di Sicilia

My husband and I had the best tasting at Pietradolce. Not only is the location and building beautiful, but the tour and tasting itself was top notch.

Our guide had extensive knowledge about wine and the region and let us ask many questions. You could feel the real passion for creating beautiful wine, and the experience overall was very personal. La mia recente visita alla cantina è stata, a dir poco, un'esperienza complessa. Senza dubbio, la tenuta emana un'aura di esclusività e raffinatezza che poche altre possono vantare. L'architettura è impeccabile, i vigneti curati con meticolosa attenzione e l'atmosfera generale suggerisce un luogo dove il lusso è la norma. Tuttavia, sotto questa patina di perfezione si cela una sensazione di distacco e, oserei dire, di arroganza. Si aveva la netta sensazione di essere tollerati piuttosto che benvenuti, come se la mia presenza fosse un piccolo inconveniente in un ambiente altrimenti immacolato. E nonostante la cliente , che ho accompagnato dopo una magnifica escursione in trekking, mi abbia invitato al suo tavolo per pranzare insieme al marito, il personale si è rifiutato di accogliere la sua richiesta. In sintesi, Pietra Dolce è un luogo che sicuramente impressionerà chi cerca l'apice del lusso e del prestigio enologico.
