Water Park Riovalli — Attraction in Cavaion Veronese

Slides were only open half of the time, so we couldn't use them most of the time (one even closed already at 4.30pm). The queues were awefully long. Other than in most other places they didn't allow me to use the basic slides together with my son (which I believe is an unnecessary rule). The guards use their whistles all the time which makes the whole atmosphere very nervous. It would have been nice if they served fruits and pizza also after 2.30pm (was only available for lunch). Last but not least and most annoying: The water park is supposed to close at 7pm. At 6.30 PM they kick you out of the water, and at 6.38 they did not even allow me anymore to use the bathroom for a quick pee (?!). The park itself would be ok, but overall not a great...

Gran bel parco acquatico adatto praticamente a tutti (bambini, adolescenti, adulti, famiglie) composto da diverse piscine e da vari scivoli di varia lunghezza e forma. Molto bella la laguna progettata per i bimbi più piccoli con un’altezza che va da pochi centimetri e circa un metro, rendendola adatta anche ai neonati. Al suo interno ci sono diversi giochi d’acqua e 4 scivoli che li terranno impegnati per tutta la giornata. Molto belle sia le aree verdi che le zone ombrelloni a bordo piscina. Decisamente positivo il distanziamento tra i vari ombrelloni e le mini cassette di sicurezza posizionate sul tavolino dell’ombrellone in modo tale da poter avere a portata di mano i beni personali (portafoglio, telefono...) senza doverli andare a recuperare ogni volta negli armadietti che solitamente si trovano nelle altre piscine. Al suo interno è presente un bar/ ristorante dal rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale rispetto alla concorrenza. Da mezzogiorno, oltre ai classici panini, è possibile ordinare delle pizze preparate sul momento in un forno a vista. E’ inoltre presente un altro chiosco, accanto ai tappetini elastici, dove è possibile acquistare bibite e gelati. Grandi e puliti gli spogliatoi così come la zona docce. Tutto questo ad un prezzo davvero basso tenendo presente che si trova in una zona altamente turistica. Il biglietto di ingresso per gli adulti costa infatti 11 euro in settimana e 14 nel weekend, fino ai 12 anni 9 euro in settimana e 11 euro nel weekend, fino a 2 anni l’ingresso è invece gratuito. Con 7 euro si affittano 1 ombrellone e due lettini per l’intera giornata (volendo è possibile prenotarli telefonicamente il giorno prima pagando un supplemento di un euro) e con 7/8 euro si mangia una pizza che nulla ha da invidiare a quelle della pizzeria. E per finire, la gentilezza e la simpatia del personale che ci lavora. Insomma, il luogo ideale dove trascorrere una piacevole giornata lontani dalla ressa dei turisti. Promosso a...

Came with our 2 kids aged 9 and 12 and combined it with a visit to Bardolino. We didn’t have huge amounts of time so made the most of the weekday 12:30 to 2:30 slot for €5 each which we thought was really good value as we had a go on all the slides several times. The changing area was very clean and impressive. We also grabbed some food which was just normal standard fast food but reasonably priced. My only slight concern was the lifeguard sat at the top of the slides who kept visibly nodding off to sleep in between letting people know they could go! A traffic light system would be helpful. Would still recommend as a great value...
