Ski Area Alpe Lusia — Attraction in Comun General de Fascia

Very nice area. I just recommend to avoid visit of El Zirmo restaurant. Someone has stolen skis of my daugter from ski racks in front of the restaurant two days ago. Staff of the restaurant was not helpful at all just said it happens. They responded there is no camera to check it. They told her to go to ski pass sales box to announce it. The restaurant is next to hundreds of parking places so anyone can take your skis and leave without notice. Ideal place for thieves. I believe even one camera could prevent this situation. There are cameras on every toilet everywhere but this restaurant does not take care about their customers by installing one camera. Daugter saw some other lady missing her skis which just took another ones. Terrible place! There is lot of better restaurants and more safe...

It was very crowded and too expensive (64 euros on 3rd January 2024) compared to another ski area close to this, called Latemar-Obereggen, which has the same exact price. The mountain side close to Bellamonte is always sunny with lots of slopes for beginners (blue ones) and only one red slope called LeCune that you can skip by taking the lift to descend. There are also 2 other red slopes on that side. The other side of the mountain close to Moena is not usually hit by the sun so it is less crowded, the snow is better even with warmer temperatures and there are many slopes for more advanced skiers, with some challenging ones (that can also be skipped going...

Wonderful spot for a lovely walk with the family. Take the cable cars to the top at le cune and then follow the animals trail down to the first car station. The trail is dotted with information and little statues / figures of the local wildlife. Our boy loved finding them and exploring in the woods.

There is a play park at the refuge at the end of the walk too.

Plenty of parking at the ski station and loads of information available on all the walks and various things you can do. About €25 return per ticket on the cable car and well worth...
