Wir haben in unserer Unterkunft ein Prospekt über dieses Weingut gefunden und spontan für den nächsten Abend per Mail einen Tisch für Apericena reserviert. Alles hat super geklappt. Das Weingut befindet sich 10 Autominuten von Tirano entfernt. Das Weingut liegt herrlich in den Weinbergen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und zum Saal gebracht, wo das Apericena stattfand. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein Glas Wein. Diesen konnte man sich aussuchen. Jedes weitere Glas kostet zwischen 4 und 6 Euro. So kann man alle anderen Weine probieren. Den Begrüßungswein haben wir auf der Terrasse getrunken. Dann wurde gesagt, dass das Essen beginnt. Zuerst gab es 2 Käsesorten mit 2 wunderbaren Fruchtaufstrichen. Danach eine Platte mit Bresola, verschiedenen Schinkensorten und frittierte Mozzarella Bällchen. Natürlich gab es auch ein Brotkorb. Danach gab es die typischen Buchweizen Nudeln mit Wirsing und als Abschluss ein Vanilleeis mit dem regionalen Kräuterlikör. Es war eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
