We have been visiting this place for 20 years usually during Christmas break and the weather is almost always sunny so during the lunch break you can even sunbath if it’s not too windy. Sto lasciando ora questi impianti schifata dalla scorrettezza del suo gestore, che ha mascherato con un problema di vento la chiusura odierna degli impianti, dovuta invece ad un loro esclusivo problema tecnico. A valle, infatti, il personale tecnico ci ha sconsigliato di salire sulla funivia perché la seggiovia Gardoné/Passo Feudo era chiusa per vento. Arrivati a monte, invece, abbiamo visto che stavano smontando la seggiovia per ripararla. Tornati a valle per chiedere chiarimenti e una compensazione per il disagio, il personale degli impianti ha inscenato un imbarazzante rimpallo di responsabilità per non sborsare un soldo. Sono riusciti persino a dire che, tanto oggi era il nostro ultimo giorno di skipass, e che intanto avevamo sciato i giorni precedenti... come se non avessimo pagato anche per questo giorno (e siamo una famiglia di 5 persone). Alcuni sciatori, che si erano lamentati come noi ma avevano uno skipass giornaliero, hanno avuto uno sconto per l acquisto dello skipass per il giorno successivo. Noi, invece, siccome lo avevamo gia pagato per tutto il soggiorno, non abbiamo avuto niente, a parte mezze sbiascicate scuse! Vergogna! Aggiungo, infine, la totale incongruenza di informazioni online: proprio sul sito degli impianti della Val di Fiemme gestito da loro, la seggiovia in questione risulta aperta. Ma anche su questo sono riusciti a dire che non è responsabilità loro! Molta amarezza per la disonestà e scorrettezza di questa gente da cui avevo ben altre aspettative e mi aspettavo per lo meno un rimborso simbolico di fronte alle loro evidenti menzogne. Val di...
