Cà Neuva - Visite in Cantina — Attraction in Dogliani

Amazing experience ! We went to this winery randomly and we were not disappointed. We choose the tasting, 4/5 glass of wine for 10€ per person. It was the daughter of owners who made the tasting. It was amazing ! She told us a lot about wine, grapes, her family vineyards, and how climate change affects the wine production. Then we went to the cellar, where she explained us the process. Esperienza deludente – decisamente sotto le aspettative

Avevamo scelto questa cantina attratti dalle recensioni positive e dalla descrizione presente sul sito, ma purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata tutt’altro che positiva. Anche confrontandoci con gli altri partecipanti alla degustazione, abbiamo riscontrato un malcontento generale.

Il signore che ci ha seguiti ha mostrato pochissimo entusiasmo, rendendo l’esperienza fredda, poco coinvolgente e per nulla empatica. La degustazione è stata frettolosa: tra un vino e l’altro, così come tra una tartina e l’altra (peraltro appena servite), ci veniva fatto notare che “queste sono, non ce ne sono altre”, quasi fossimo di troppo.

La presentazione dei vini è stata superficiale e ripetitiva: ogni descrizione si limitava a cambiare colore e fragranza, senza alcun approfondimento o racconto del territorio, della produzione o della storia dei vini, elementi che ci aspettavamo e che rendono una degustazione davvero interessante.

Il tour in cantina si è ridotto a una rapida occhiata alle botti e due parole in croce. Il tutto è durato 35 minuti, quando ci era stato detto chiaramente all’inizio che la visita sarebbe durata circa 2 ore.
