Spiaggia di Piscinnì — Attraction in Domus De Maria

Wonderful unspoiled beach with super clear and calm waters. Not many people in the mid of September. There is a gree car park but no other facilities. A food truck parks on the top of the hill, where you can buy drinks and food. You can snorkel close to the rocks, there are so many different types of fish and it is beautiful. From the hills around you can hear the sound of the bells hanging from the goats' necks... so so peaceful. You can also walk around the rocks, there are a few pathways. There is some smell due to the presence of some backwater, but the beauty of the scenery is the main...

Schöne Badebucht, ein paar hundert Meter lang. Das Wasser ist sauber, hellblau und man kann weit reinlaufen, also auch mit Kindern geeignet. Man parkt wenige Minuten entfernt auf einem bewachten Parkplatz - Preise wie überall. TIPP entlang der Straße finden sich kleine Parkbuchten von denen aus man ans Wasser kommt. Mittags ankern einige Boote in der Bucht, die stören jedoch nicht sonderlich. Am Rand der Bucht lässt sich sehr gut schnorcheln, die steinigen Riffs beheimaten viele, teils bunte, Fische. Am Wochenende ist der Strand ordentlich voll aber man findet immer noch einen Platz, im Wasser verteilt sich die Menge dann ganz gut. Nun zum Negativen; da sich im hinteren Teil des Strandes ein Haufen Seetang sammelt stinkt es etwas. Wenn der Wind über den Berg zieht, schiebt er den Geruch über den Strand und den Sand leider auch. Toiletten gibt es auch keine. Es gibt auch keinen Kiosk oder Ähnliches- also sollte alles von zu Hause mitgebracht werden, gelegentlich ist ein Foodtruck dort, dann ist auch bestuhlt und man kann ganz romantisch in einem kleinen Busch- Wäldchen sitzen und snacken. Die Preise sind moderat und es ist für jeden was dabei. Alles in allem kommen wir gerne hier her um uns kurz abzukühlen vor allem um unterwegs nach Chia einen kurzen...

Ended up here as the beach in Tuerredda was full (and you need an online reservation nowadays). But this one was nicer as I don’t like crowded beaches, especially in these Covid times.

Water is crystal clear but as the beach isn’t cleaned you will find dried sea weed mixed with the white sand.

Parking is just next to it (5 Euro per car) and there’s a small mini bus that offers...
