Reviews of St. Magdalena
To capture the iconic church view in the Dolomites, you need to park your car outside and walk into the village. The path takes you through peaceful meadows and rolling hills, creating a serene atmosphere. As you approach the church in the late afternoon, the golden sunlight perfectly illuminates it, with majestic mountain peaks rising in the background. The scene feels both romantic and unforgettable.
This very place was in my bucket list for over 25 years, after my parents bought a couple of puzzles of it. It was just amazing to be there. Like a fairy tale. Everything was perfect. Not just the shot part but everything around. Make note that you’re not supposed to go to private areas, including grass fields. We had a local coming by bicycle to warn us off. Perfect place.
World famous views ❤️ Some hill walking required under the scorching sun until I get a better angle but it's worth it. It seems like haze is around most of the days so if you are around after a rain it may be your best shot. Lovely, beautiful and peaceful part of the world.
