Enjoy-Wibit Park Water Park — Attraction in undefined

My visit at the Enjoy-Wibit Park Water Park was unpleasant. I gave it two stars for the good prices however the park is terrible. On the photos it seems there are tons of attractions which were not there when I came, so going on them for 1 hour straight got very boring. They keep it open even if there are massive waves, jellyfishes etc. I felt sick very quickly due to the waves making the inflatables move up and down constantly. Life vests were tored apart and uncomfortable, and I dont even want to know what its like when it gets crowded. Lifeguards are quite a nuisance, he took over the trampoline area laying down and was looking at his phone 24/7. I felt very unsafe and worried that if something happened to me, the lifeguard wouldnt notice. However other people might disagree with my review, however this is my opinion on...

Esperienza molto negativa. Il prezzo è anche adeguato ma credo che manchi molta educazione e rispetto nel personale, strafottente e maleducato. Abbiamo pagato per un ora, (10 euro a persona) ma quando siamo saliti sullo scivolo ci siamo accorti che intorno era pieno di meduse, quindi siamo rimasti fermi per un po’ . C’erano anche dei bambini con un adulto, e anche loro non sono riusciti a fare il percorso, il mare era anche molto mosso, e in queste condizioni non era possibile svolgere il percorso. Sullo scivolo era presente anche un bagnino che inizialmente non ha fatto nulla ma dopo dieci minuti è andato a riva a prendere un pedalò per riportarci a riva. Quindi non solo non siamo riusciti a fare lo scivolo, siamo rimasti lì venti minuti senza fare nulla, e il tempo previsto era di un ora. Quindi abbiamo provato a chiedere il rimborso al personale dato che non abbiamo fatto gli scivoli, e non intendevamo nemmeno tornarci, ma loro con maleducazione ci hanno risposto che non l’avrebbero fatto senza nemmeno spiegarci e che al massimo ci avrebbero fatto un buono per fare lo scivolo. E dopo avergli detto che non saremmo voluti tornare dato che non ci era piaciuto, ci hanno detto che non era un problema loro e che la colpa era nostra per non essere “istruiti” sulle meduse quindi alla fine non ci hanno rimborsati . Tutto questo con molta presunzione e arroganza, neanche un minimo di aiuto o chiarezza. Sconsiglio di andare, la prima cosa che non deve mancare è la cordialità verso il cliente che qui non c’era, nonostante avessimo cercato di parlarci, purtroppo ci hanno solo risposto male e mancato...

Great fun for children but if you are not in this beach not so easy to approach. The parking is about 1 km away from the place and you have to go there on the beach. The bar is and other 200 m so while your children having fun it hard to take a good position to watch them. Anyway you can’t see them from the beach it is too far.
